SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to join large retail company as their National Sales Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the National Sales Manager is to effectively take ownership of the area by ensuring that the identity of our client is implemented, maintained and grown in the retail outlets of all Regions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12/Equivalent NQF Levels
Tertiary qualification is advantageous
Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3-5 years Retail/FMCG/Sales experience
Managing of retail staff
Experience with budget control

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Computer literacy (Microsoft-Word, Excel)
Good communication skills
Exceptional people skills
Ability to manage staff
Customer focused approach
Negotiation skills

ATTRIBUTES

Initiating action: Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives
Managing work: Includes time management and overseeing resource utilization
Stress tolerance: Maintaining stable performance through pressurized environment
