National Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
A leading manufacturing company based on the East Rand is looking for a National Sales Manager to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Education: MBA or BCom in Commerce/Marketing

Minimum Experience: 8 – 10 years in a similar role

Computer Packages: CRM systems

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

• Coming from an engineering / technical background will be advantageous
• Must have experience and market exposure in the African market
• Must be willing to travel in Africa
• Responsible for growing sales and market share in Africa across all product groups
• Responsible for building distribution channels that support the growth and overall business goal
• Responsible for generating accountability throughout the sales function through the use of leading and lagging metrics, while providing optimal customer support
• Must have experience in industrial sales and distribution management
