SUMMARY:
This senior management position requires the expertise of a Sales Manager with at least 10 years’ experience ideally in the FMCG or PPE Industry. A relevant tertiary qualification with good English and Afrikaans communications skills are essential.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Must have at least 10 years sales experience with at least 5 years solid sales management background.
Must have good staff management skills
Excellent English & Afrikaans communication skills
A tertiary qualification i.e. degree or diploma is essential
Stable work history
Must be able to drive a Sales Team
Some experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Must have drivers’ license and own car Must be presentable
Must be computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management of existing external sales team comprising 10 Sales Reps throughout SA.
Management of House accounts and Key accounts
Work with Internal Sales Manager as well as Branch Managers in Cape Town, Durban and East London.
Report to the General Manager
Will involve domestic and regional travel
Knowledge of Skynamo call reporting package will be beneficial.
