Reporting to the General Manager, the National Sales Manager will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and ensure market share growth is achieved amongst various brands under his/her portfolio, and in line with the overall business objectives and strategic plans. He/she will be expected to develop and implement leadership strategies that will enhance team motivation, engagement and performance.
