National Sales Manager (JB498)

Ormonde, Johannesburg

Salary: R1 - 1.4M per annum TCTC

Kontak Recruitment is currently sourcing and recruiting for a National Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing concern to grow their market share with companies that have interests in Agriculture, Hygiene, Packaging and/or Food.

This position would suit a candidate who has a hands-on approach, influential business development skills and good leadership abilities to develop this division into a successful revenue stream. 

Minimum Requirements for National Sales Manager:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sale or Marketing

5 - 7 years’ experience in Sales Management role within the manufacturing space

Minimum of 5 year''s Management experience, leading a team.

Technical competency in MS Office and Syspro

Budgeting and Reporting

Duties and Responsibilities of the National Sales Manager:

Develop strategic initiatives and sales plans to grow the sales footprint and manage the sales function both nationally and in Africa.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the Agriculture, Hygiene, Packaging and/or Food industries.

Generate sales forecasting for key clients and report on actual vs forecast.

Prepare Sales, KPI and Exco reports for delivery. 

Overall management of the sales budget

Growth, development, and management of the national sales team

Represent the company at tradeshows.
