National Sales Manager / Senior Key Accounts Food And Meat Manufacturing

Minimum requirements for the role:

• A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience having worked in a Sales Management or Senior Key Accounts Management role within the Food or Packaging or Equipment Manufacturing industries is essential.
• Previous experience having negotiated and dealt with Customers at a very senior level.
• Previous Key Accounts having called on food and or meat processing or related manufacturers is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage and maintain all Client portfolios and business projects on a national basis.
• Manage and drive sales targets and budgets as well as forecasting stock projections for Clients on a national basis.
• Compile and present business and sales strategies and results that are aligned to the board.
• Manage and entertain the Group’s blue-chip Clients as well as developing their business and driving the Sales Team on a national basis.
• Work alongside Production and Technical Teams regarding new development and products to introduce to the market.
• Manage and oversee all new contracts and pricing structures for the Company.
• Optimise and selectively implement new products in order to maximise profit.
• Attend to all required key events nationally.
• Lead and motivate the Sales Team.
