Requirements:

8 - 10 years'' experience in a senior sales management position
Excellent financial and statistical knowledge as applied in the automotive industry
In-dept industry experience within the Southern African and African markets

Duties:

As the National Sales Manager, you will be required to develop and manage the sales strategies for multiple regions
Set budgets and manage costs within respective departments
Competitor analysis and market research
Provide leadership and manage sales targets for the entire nationwide sales team
Maintain and establish relevant product pricing
