National Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal A well-established national supplier within the construction and building materials industry is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their Head Office team in Durban. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and expanding market share across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor and manage the sales and marketing team to maximise performance. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships. Drive revenue growth and expand market share across regional markets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Oversee branding, digital marketing, advertising campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and management reports. Work closely with operations, finance and senior leadership to ensure business objectives are achieved. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years'' experience in a Sales & Marketing Management role. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets. Previous leadership and people management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
