National Spares and Workshops Manager – JHB

SUMMARY:
Our Client designs and manufactures food processing equipment. They are looking for a National Spares & Workshop Manager to manage their spares department and workshops around the country

POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for:

• Managing workshops and spares staff nationally
• Managing technicians
• Ensure service levels are understood, implemented and maintained
• Control and maintain spares stock levels
• Manage administration for optimum efficiency
• Financial management

 To qualify you will need:

• Technical qualification a requirement, degree advantageous
• At least 5 years of Services/ Sales or Workshops Management experience,
• Experience as a Technician  (Artisan background, must understand maintenance engineering)
• Technical mechanical and electrical understanding, computer literacy, systems aptitude, financial acumen, administrative and stock experience, PLC experience
• Extensive experience operating in a highly computerised environment entailing ERP systems / stock management / order processing in terms of spares
