SUMMARY:
An established company, specializing in industrial equipment rental, is currently recruiting for a National fleet and asset Manager; to oversee productivity.

POSITION INFO:

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for maintaining fleet availability in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedule and within its established budget.
To minimize expenditure on vending external transport by accurate forecasting of distribution of customer assets, rental assets and consumables.
To look for patterns to identify areas to cut expenses and reduce costs.
To ensure rental assets productivity on a national spectrum by optimizing branch rental stock holding capacity and redistribution of rental assets to maximize return.

REQUIREMENTS

Logistic Diploma, BSC Logistics, Business Administration or relevant Degree
3 - 5 years’ experience in a Managerial Position
Relevant experience in the rental industry would be advantageous
Open to travel to various sites
Working knowledge of asset management software
