POSITION INFO:
An industry leader in the Automotive industry is looking for an experienced Natural Adabas Developer to work on the development and optimization of their core systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex Natural Adabas applications.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Manage the integration of Natural Adabas systems with other technologies.
Requirements:- 3-7 years of experience in Natural Adabas development.
- Expertise in mainframe environments and Adabas database management.
- Advanced knowledge of Natural programming and Adabas utilities.
- Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Nice To Have:- Experience with Predict or similar dictionary tools.
- Knowledge of modern integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and migration strategies.
