NetSuite Administrator/ Business Solutions Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a NetSuite Administrator/Business Solutions Analyst to manage, configure, and continuously improve their core ERP system, while also supporting other key business applications including HubSpot, BambooHR, Microsoft 365, and internal AI Agents. This is an internal-facing role not a client implementation position where you'll be the go-to systems partner for Finance, Operations, HR, and Commercial teams.
 
You'll take ownership of NetSuite administration end-to-end: users, roles, permissions, workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting, while helping the business reduce manual processes through smarter configuration, automation, and integrations. This role suits a business-oriented problem solver who understands how teams work operationally, not just how the system works technically.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties & Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support NetSuite - users, roles, permissions, dashboards, forms, fields, records, and workflows Create and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards across departments Troubleshoot NetSuite issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams or external providers Support the configuration and improvement of approval flows, financial processes, and operational workflows Maintain NetSuite documentation, user guides, and process documentation Support and help maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications (HubSpot, BambooHR, Microsoft 365, AI Agents) Act as first point of contact for internal users regarding NetSuite issues, requests, and improvements Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR, and Commercial to translate business requirements into system solutions Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new features, configurations, and integrations Train internal users and drive adoption through practical documentation and communication Minimum Requirements Proven hands-on experience administering NetSuite Experience with NetSuite configuration, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and workflows Strong understanding of business processes - finance, operations, procurement, billing, sales operations, HR, or project-based environments Ability to troubleshoot issues, document processes, and coordinate with external consultants or vendors Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on open issues Fluent or bilingual English Desirable NetSuite certifications Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, or SuiteScript Experience supporting HubSpot, BambooHR, or Microsoft 365 from a functional\/admin perspective Experience with Microsoft Power Platform \/ Power Automate or similar automation tools Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware Experience in international, multi-entity, or multi-currency environments Experience in project-based, engineering, technology, natural resources, aviation, or professional services companies Please apply directly by clicking on the Apply button or visit If you have not had any response within one week, please consider your application unsuccessful.
