• Manage the planning documentation and approvals
• Schedule kick meeting for installations
• Manager delivery of last mile services

  Essential Functions:

  • Vendor Management.
  • Schedule onsite survey with vendors and PMO office
  • Manage the planning documentation and approvals
  • Schedule kick meeting for installations
  • Manager delivery of last mile services
  • Update Salesforce timeously which measures KPIâ??s
  • Escalate overdue installation and deliveries
  • Book activations and cut over between vendors and the PMO department
  • Chair progress meeting with vendors
  • Chair multiple client site progress meetings with the PMO
  • Manage the cancellation of unfeasible orders task the team to place new orders
  • Manage technology changes and cancellations with the cancellation department
  • Maintaining project documentation.
  • Implementation Dashboards (Handovers, escalations, ageing orders, on hold cancelled orders)
  • Provide weekly vendor update reports to the PMO
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • Vendor management
  • Willing to work additional hours when needed

  Experience Required:

  • 3 years of experience in and administration and coordination role
  Key Accountabilities:
  • Excellent communication (Verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
