SUMMARY:
Our client is currently looking for Network Authentication - Authorisation and Accounting Specialist (AAA) to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Title: Network Authentication - Authorisation and Accounting Specialist (AAA)

Role: Operations Consultant

Role tasks

• Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets
• Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required
• Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes
• Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes
• perform daily system handover and start-up tasks to ensure operational readiness of systems
• ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements
• propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements

• Functional knowledge
• Understand Processes, deep process knowledge
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience
• AGILE Project Management knowledge
• JAVA and SAP BW know how beneficial

• ITPM process knowledge and work experience (advantageous).

Specific Technical / Functional skills

• Design and implement common network topology and operational concepts for network security based on Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and software[1]defined AAA solutions
• Automate component configuration by governance, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Working with common development tools
• Basic technical skills in networking and network security
• Knowledge of basic network protocols (e.g., IP, TCP, RADIUS)
• Knowledge of current IT architectures, manufacturers, and trends
• Manage and steer the provider
• Manage ITIL Processes (PIC)
• Experience in coordinating and planning from rollouts in a global environment
• Implement and maintain security an infrastructure standard
• Analyse and resolve complex configuration and troubleshooting issues within a multi-vendor infrastructure
• Evaluation and approval of hardware and software to be used
• Interacting with international colleagues within Group

Minimum years of experience

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• ITIL certification (advantageous)
• Minimum of 8 years IT works experience
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience (Required)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an operations environment

Minimum qualification required

• Relevant IT / Business Degree
