Purpose of the Job:
Drive growth by identifying, securing, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently meeting targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce.
- 2–3 years’ experience in new business development or solution sales.
- Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience selling business solutions (e.g., MPS, software, workflow).
POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Proactively source and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Schedule and attend at least 8 new client meetings per week.
- Analyse client needs and present tailored solutions across service offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
- Support forecasting and consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with smooth client handover.
