SUMMARY:
We are looking for a New Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions to executive-level stakeholders and successfully closing high-value deals in a competitive B2B environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Present and sell solutions to executive-level stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and close new business deals. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and develop long-term client relationships. Government, risk and business continuity management. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification. Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development. Working knowledge of financing models. Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives, including board members and senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales environments. Experience in a commission-based sales environment. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Key Competencies & Skills Managing virtual teams. High level of commercial acumen. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Results-driven and target-oriented mindset. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
