Our client in the Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Deep Cleaning and Facilities Management industry is seeking to employ a New Business Sales Consultant to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Minimum 2-3 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within pest control, hygiene services, deep cleaning, sanitary bins, facilities management, or a related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct client site assessments and identify service opportunities. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and related sectors. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits. Conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control, hygiene, deep cleaning, and sanitary bin solutions. Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and service presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service implementation. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities.
