About the Role Our client, a leading South African technology and office automation provider with a 40-year track record, is seeking a high-energy New Business Sales Representative to join their Vanderbijlpark team. This is a hunter-profile role designed for ambitious closers who want to leverage a comprehensive solutions portfolio-spanning print, IT, and telecommunications-to achieve unlimited earning potential in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition through consistent canvassing, networking, and proactive prospecting. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualifying leads to presenting tailored solutions and closing deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline at a minimum of three times the monthly target coverage. Conduct professional client meetings and deliver competitive proposals with commercial conviction. Ensure diligent CRM management, tracking every opportunity and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with an extensive national technical and support team to ensure seamless implementation for clients. Consistently meet and exceed monthly Gross Profit (GP) and revenue targets. Requirements A proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within new business development. Previous experience in Office Automation, Managed Print Services, IT Services, or Telecommunications is strongly preferred. Demonstrable ability to close deals in a competitive, solution-based selling environment. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of GP awareness and value-based negotiation. Excellent communication and professional presentation skills. Minimum of a Matric certificate. Must possess a valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
