Remuneration:
Basic Salary of R12,096.80 per month + Performance-Based Incentives | Company Vehicle | Company Medical Aid & Pension Fund Contribution

POSITION INFO:
Duties include Proactively sell new vehicles to retail and corporate customers, achieving monthly sales targets and profitability objectives. Generate new business through walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, networking and proactive prospecting. Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on individual needs, budgets and driving preferences. Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, test drives and professional vehicle handovers Maintain strong product knowledge of the full vehicle range, vehicle specifications, features, technology and competitor offerings. Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry and follow-up through to negotiations, closing and vehicle delivery. Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure customer information, quotations and sales activities are accurately updated on the CRM system daily. Work closely with the F&I department to maximise finance, insurance and accessory opportunities per vehicle sold. Coordinate with the After-Sales department to support customer retention, service loyalty and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets while maximising first and second gross profit. Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with dealership and OEM standards, POPIA, the Consumer Protection Act and applicable legislation. Build strong customer relationships through professional service, effective communication and consistent follow-up. Represent the brand positively and professionally, contributing to customer satisfaction, referrals and increased market share. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' new passenger vehicle sales experience within a dealership environment. Grade 12 (Matric). Valid Code B\/EB driver's licence. Computer literate, with the ability to manage customer information and sales activities on CRM systems. Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling and closing abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
