SUMMARY:
A well-established dealership in George is looking to appoint a driven and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars and people, and who thrives in a target-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Promote and sell new vehicles to prospective clients
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Prepare quotes, finance applications, and relevant documentation
Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer service
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in new car sales at a motor dealership.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s license
Clear criminal record
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated, well-groomed, and professional
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven and team-oriented environment
