Our client, a reputable and established franchise dealership in Polokwane, is seeking a results-oriented leader to manage their new vehicle sales department and drive performance excellence.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise market share and profitability.
Manage showroom operations, customer engagement, and brand standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support dealership objectives.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for the motor industry.
Valid South African driver’s license and clear criminal record.
