SUMMARY:
A well-established automotive dealership in Hatfield is seeking a highly driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its new car sales division. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a performance-focused leader with a passion for people, sales, and the motor industry.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive volume and profitability.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer trends, and market activity.
Manage stock levels, pricing, and vehicle display standards.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through professional service and consistent follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Results-oriented with a strategic and proactive approach.
Valid driver’s license and a clear track record.
