SUMMARY:
New Vehicle Sales Manager - Durban - KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO:
As a New Vehicle Sales Manager, your role will see you leading and developing a team of new cars sales professionals to achieve sustained success through coaching and identifying of training opportunities, planning of daily operations, and monitoring of team performance.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and reporting on individual and team new car sales performance
Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
Taking a hands-on approach in supporting new car sales executives to meet their targets
Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e. g. for pricing) and ensure these are implemented
Engaging in active marketing and stock management
Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff
Working closely with the new car sales team to ensure the dealership meets its new car sales target

Requirements & Skills needed:

Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential
At least 5 years of experience in a Management position, in the field of new cars
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new car sales targets
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
Grade 12 or higher qualification
