JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an opportunity for a New Vehicle sales manager

Duties:

Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Compile regular reports for dealership management to review

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in vehicle sales management with new or used cars
Experience with volume brands such as Renault, Hyundai, Suzuki, Haval etc.
Track record of reaching sales targets and profits
Leadership abilities and good communication skills
Clear criminal record and solid references
