JOB SUMMARY:
New Vehicle Sales Manager – East Rand - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a New Vehicle Sales Manager your role will see you leading and developing a team of new cars sales professionals to achieve monthly targets.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be supporting the new cars sales team and will maximise the numbers of new cars sold, while ensuring that your customers are delighted with the service they receive.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on individual and team new car sales performance
Ensure customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded
Support new car sales executives to meet their targets
Engage in active marketing and stock management
Identify training and development opportunities for your staff

Requirements:

Prior experience in the automotive sector is essential
High volume dealership experience
Experience in an Automobile Management position, ideally in the field of new cars
Talented communicator and motivator, and a highly performance-oriented approach
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new car sales targets
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
Drives Licence
Grade 12
