Are you a motivated and experienced automotive sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? Our client in CPT is looking for a New and Used Car Sales Manager to drive performance, lead a high-energy sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the new and used car sales departments.
Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing sales team.
Set and achieve monthly sales goals for volume, profit, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control, pricing, and merchandising of vehicles.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize strategy and performance.
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

? Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales management (minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of current market trends and inventory management.
Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
Valid driver's license and clean driving / criminal record.
Proficiency in CRM and DMS systems is a plus.
