POSITION INFO:

Newly Qualified CA (Senior Financial Accountant)

This is a contract role with opportunity to go perm

Job Description

This position is for a senior accountant which is part of the Statutory Group Finance Team. This role involves, but not limited to:

ï‚· Monthly/Quarterly reporting requirements to Holding company

ï‚· Monthly reconciliations with adhoc reports in order to monitor accounts

ï‚· Following up on fluctuations and discrepancies found in monthly adhoc process

ï‚· Understanding and processing journal entries necessary for Consolidation.

ï‚· Collaboration with FP&A, Tax , IT ,Corporate Finance , all component entities and Holding company.

ï‚· Providing information required for external auditors

ï‚· Perform analyses over sections of work which require detailed review & develop methods to enhance efficiencies relating to that review.

ï‚· Preparing requests/ instructions to component entities in preparation for reporting periods.

ï‚· Tracking the receipt of deliverables from component entities and following up to ensure deadline is met.

ï‚· Involved in the construction and development of methods of acquiring information required from components more efficiently

Qualifications required

Newly qualified CA – big 4

Experience required

Group reporting/ consolidations experience

SAP BPC – Advantageous
