POSITION INFO:
What you’ll do:

Take charge of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive cost optimization and strategic financial planning.
Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Lead the preparation of management accounts and provide insights to inform critical business decisions.
Support operational efficiency through financial analysis and reporting.

What you’ll bring:

A CA(SA) qualification with solid post-articles experience in financial accounting or auditing.
A passion for transitioning into a manufacturing environment—bonus points if you’ve dabbled in the sector before!
Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., Pastel, Pastel Payroll).
TAX knowledge (PAYE)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
