POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities Support the execution of a variety of capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Analyze financial information to identify commercial trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with financial due diligence and transaction support engagements. Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment presentations. Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to the preparation of transaction documentation, business cases, and client deliverables. Work closely with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle. Liaise with clients and professional advisors while supporting multiple live transactions. Develop a strong understanding of deal structures, capital raising activities, and investment opportunities. Build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to business development initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required Newly qualified CA(SA). Strong academic record. Solid technical accounting and financial reporting foundation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong financial modeling aptitude or a keen interest in developing modeling capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial awareness and an interest in corporate finance, investments, and Capital Markets. Professional, driven, and eager to build a career within transaction advisory.
