POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the front desk during night shifts
• Completing end-of-day financial reconciliations and audits
• Preparing night audit, revenue, and occupancy reports
• Assisting guests with late arrivals, departures, and enquiries
• Monitoring property security and conducting regular checks
• Ensuring smooth handover to the morning team

• Local citizens
• Diploma in Hospitality
• Experience in a hotel night audit role
• Strong administrative and numerical skills
• Calm, professional manner with a service-driven mindset
• Ability to work night shifts independently
• Hotel PMS knowledge essential
• Availability for weekends and public holidays
