JOB SUMMARY:
An established Game Lodge in Limpopo seeks an experienced and reliable Night Auditor to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities
  • Working (mainly) night shift at Reception, but must be flexible to fill in other shifts when required
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Follow up on late arrivals, guest special requests etc.
  • Prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day
  • The switchboard function is taken over at night
  • Ensuring that outstanding charges are posted to room accounts
Skills needed
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Leadership skills
  • Hotel Frontdesk experience is a must
  • Reliable transport of your own
  • Experience on Opera required
  • Detail-orientated & accurate
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize​

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Hospitality
  • 2-3 years previous experience in a night audit position within 4/5 star Hotels.
