Retail / Wholesale Bakery has a night shift Manager position available. Looking for someone with 10+ years’ management experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for the general running of the bakery and production process. Looking for someone who is very strong with staff management. Other duties will include quality control, quantity control, stock control and dispatching. Must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Looking for someone with strong organizing skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have a loyal working history and good contactable references. Do not need to have bakery experience. General management experience and the ability to lead a team are most important. Shift is 7pm to 7am Five days a week.
