Night Shift Trolley Manager

POSITION INFO:

A night shift trolley manager is required in the Western cape region to oversee the collection, maintenance, and availability of shopping trolleys during evening and early morning hours.

This role is typically found in retail settings like supermarkets or shopping malls.

Responsibilities of a Night Shift Trolley Manager:

Collecting and Returning Trolleys:

Retrieving trolleys from the parking lot or designated areas and returning them to storage or designated collection points.
Ensuring Trolley Availability:

Maintaining a sufficient number of trolleys available for customer use at all times.
Inspection and Maintenance:

Regularly checking trolleys for damage, wear, or malfunctions and reporting any issues for repair or replacement.
Maintaining Cleanliness:

Keeping trolley bays, collection points, and surrounding areas tidy and free from debris or litter.
Customer Assistance:

Providing assistance to customers with finding or returning trolleys, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Safety and Security:

Contributing to a safe environment for both customers and staff by implementing safety measures and reporting any potential hazards.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

alternate weekends and public holidays.
