Nurse Care Manager required for establishment in the Helderberg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Nurse Care Manager is responsible for providing a quality care service that meets the needs of residents and is responsible for overseeing resident care.

Staff management and utilization
Clinical competencies
Safe and efficient care to residents
Quality management / Standards of Care
Client satisfaction
Mentorship
Financial management
Record keeping
Risk management

Minimum requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in General Nursing / Administration
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Excel)
Exposure to geriatrics advantageous
Current registration with SANC
Bilingual
