JOB SUMMARY:
Vacancy exists for a Nursery Manager who will be responsible for producing high quality clonal avocado trees in Tzaneen. The incumbent will ensure that internal and external client expectations are met, that the plant quality is superior and that operating costs are managed efficiently. JOB DESCRIPTION:

BSc (Agric) Horticulture or similar qualification,
3-5 years’ experience in nursery management and clonal tree production techniques.
Working knowledge of plant pathology
Proven and adequate of avocado cultivation background.
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel and basic knowledge of ERP or Microsoft D365 systems.
Health and Safety - Section 8(2) experience will be an added advantage.
Valid driver’s license and own transport
