SUMMARY:
Well establish company with an International footprint is looking for a Production Manager for their Macadamia Nursery

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric and relevant Agricultural or Business related degree
Min 5 years experience in the Macadamia production environment
Candidate will be expected to plan production timelines, meet production targets, maintain nursery and plant health, Plan budgets and forecasts
Relevant certification or experience with Gobal Gap, SGASA, SAMAC etc.
Min 5 years experience managing and supporting a team of not less than 50 employees
Computer literate and experience on ERP systems will be preferred
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (other languages will prove beneficial)
Must have own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Candidate must be willing to work or relocate to Tzaneen
