Nursery Production Manager

SUMMARY:
Well establish company with an International footprint is looking for a Production Manager for their Macadamia Nursery

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric and relevant Agricultural or Business related degree 
• Min 5 years experience in the Macadamia production environment 
• Candidate will be expected to plan production timelines, meet production targets, maintain nursery and plant health, Plan budgets and forecasts 
• Relevant certification or experience with Gobal Gap, SGASA, SAMAC etc. 
• Min 5 years experience managing and supporting a team of not less than 50 employees 
• Computer literate and experience on ERP systems will be preferred 
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (other languages will prove beneficial) 
• Must have own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license 
• Candidate must be willing to work or relocate to Tzaneen
