JOB SUMMARY:
In accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of the organisation the Nurse Care Manager is responsible for providing a quality care service that meets the needs of residents and is responsible to oversee resident care in the facilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include but are not limited to:

Staff Management
Staff utilization
Clinical Competencies
Safe and efficient care to residents
Quality Management / Standards of Care
Risk Management
Financial Management
Record-keeping
Mentorship
Client Satisfaction

Minimum requirements in order to be considered:

Diploma/ Degree in General Nursing / Administration
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Excel)
Exposure to geriatrics advantageous
Current registration with SANC
Bilingual
