Nursing Services Manager

SUMMARY:
Clinical management opportunity within a private Mental Health Facility situated in Pretoria. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years clinical management experience within the private sector and ability to work within a complex, challenging environment.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of all nursing services within the facility which includes, not limited to:

• Assurance of high quality patient care through the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure management of departmental governance and risk management
• Implement business & financial management principles
• People management, training and development
• Proficient in stakeholder relationship management
• Transformation & change management 

Education Requirements & Knowledge:

Diploma in  Nursing or BCur Degree

SANC registered as Registered Nurse with Psychiatric nursing
Qualification in Nursing Management

Intermediate level of computer literacy

Excellent knowledge of in management of a broad spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses

Sound financial knowledge and ability to interpret financial data
Basic understanding of Labour legislation

Full understanding of the Nursing Act and SANC regulations
