Nursing Services Manager

SUMMARY:
Clinical management opportunity within a private hospital situated in Johannesburg, East Rand. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years clinical management experience within the private sector.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the coordination of all nursing activities and patient services via the multi-disciplinary team.

• Assurance of high quality patient care through the multi-disciplinary team, aligned with the strategy and goals of the organization
• Ensure management of departmental governance and risk management
• Effective management of the nursing budget within the hospital
• Evaluate the patient’s experience and stakeholder input
• People management, training and development of staff to ensure a qualified and competent nursing team
