Requirement’s

Grade 12
ComenSA Coaches and mentor of South Africa member or sillar membership
Executive or Business Coaching certification
Related tertiary qualification (ideally in education / psychology or Industrial psychology)
facilitator certification would be beneficial.
Registration as facilitator would be beneficial.

Experience

5 + year Executive or Business Coaching or mentoring
3-5+ year Proven track record of coaching and mentoring on Senior management and Executive level
Experience in coaching Senior management and Executive with Performance management and skills gap assessment

Duties

Monthly engagement meeting with Senior management and Executives
Coaching and Mentoring of Senior management and Executives on
- Management skills
- Performance management implementation
- Talent management
- Succession management
- Staff development
- Development of departmental training content
Management, indexing and coordination of departmental training content.
Managing Talent Matrix for ATT and AMS
Alignment of Performance measurement to training initiatives
Management of each performance management cycle
Determining group Skills Gap Analysis and critical and Scares Skills
Management of Training Budget
Managing change initiatives with Senior management and Executives
Development of internal facilitators for inhouse Product and service and software Training
Management of Training Committee
Content Development and updates
- Internal Product Training
- Internal Software processes and SOP
- Onboarding
- Soft skills
Design and update on General Company onboarding
