POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an OFF THE ROAD BUSINESS MANAGER (SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA) for a large concern, position based in the Johannesburg area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
English speaking person (must be able to read / write / speak English competently).
University degree in Economics or Business or related fields.
Previous working experience in the automotive industry.
Person must come from a technical background.
7-10 years of experience in sales management with multiple brands and channels.
Drive growth of off the road business in Sub-Saharan Africa countries.
Accelerate distribution development in Sub-Saharan Africa countries, accelerate market conversion.
Drive sales force development and specialization.
Coordination with other Sub-Saharan Africa departments and cluster leaders.
Provide and ensures standardization of systems, programs, know how sharing to support OTR sales organization in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Collaboration with emerging markets management to align PBU strategy with overall PBU strategy.
