OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT - Mandarin Fluent - East Rand

SUMMARY:
A leading Chinese Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in Jet Park, requires to employ a lady fluent in Mandarin and also in English

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Mandarin and English speaking business orientated skills

• Possess a strong command of Mandarin, including verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Relevant diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping will be advantageous.

Job purpose:
Act as a linguistic bridge between Mandarin-speaking executives and English-speaking counterparts.
Personal Assistant and Secretarial Services:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Business Document Handling:

• Read, interpret, and present business reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents in Mandarin and English.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.

Computer Literacy:

• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Chinese computer systems used within the organization.

Assist in basic financial tasks and documentation as required.
