JOB SUMMARY:
Addo/ Sundays River Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for an Operations Manager – Water Reticulation to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
 
This is a Mid. level position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • BSc in engineering (civil, structural or hydraulics) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the water resources industry
  • Experience in the design and construction of minor concrete water retaining structures.
  • Knowledge of project management, resources allocation, utilization, and cost control
  • Experience in the maintenance of canals and pipelines advantageous
  • Technical engineering experience advantageous
  • Must have strong leadership qualities
  • Knowledge in financial reporting and forecasting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with risk management oversight
  • Ability to work with and motivate a team
  • Must be bilingual
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license
