OPERATIONS MANAGER (FINANCIAL SERVICES RELATED) EQUITY

Excellent opportunity with reputable organization, for candidate who meets the following criteria

Degree (preferably Financial / Business Management / Operations)
Operations Management exposure within a strong Service related environment (day to day general operations, staff management and HR related issues, ensuring compliance, finance including budgeting, forecasting and monitoring expenditure, manage client services and relationships)
Incumbent needs to be business minded and be able to handle operations strategies and structures
Strong communication and negotiating skills, with high level of integrity and impeccable conduct
Proven leadership skills
