SUMMARY:
OPERATIONS MANAGER - Centurion / Pretoria, Gauteng
Candidates must have experience working for managing agents/property owners, not for occupiers/tenants.
Building Managers and Facilities Managers will not be considered for this role

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Operations Manager with 10+ years' experience in property operations management, specifically within retail, industrial, and/or office property/building management
Capable of managing multiple buildings across property types with professionalism and efficiency
Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing relationships with property owner clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
Experienced in the onboarding of new buildings into the portfolio and new property owner clients, each with their unique operational requirements
