Occupational Electrical Trainer

SUMMARY:
We have a great opportunity for a trade tested Occupational Electrical Trainer to join a newly established Artisan Academy in Sandton.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Artisan (Trade Tested)
• Computer literate
• Registered Assessor with the ETDP SETA
• Moderator qualification (advantageous but not compulsory)
• Minimum of 3-5 years post-apprenticeship working experience in industry

• Facilitate, assess, and moderate training programmes in line with Academy standards.
• Deliver theoretical and practical training to electricians on various programmes, in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Conduct assessments to ensure learners achieve the required occupational outcomes.
• Support the Academy's operations and objectives through quality-driven training and learner development.
