Occupational Health Practitioner

SUMMARY:

A manufacturing company based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, has a vacancy for an experienced Occupational Health Practitioner.

POSITION INFO:

The main responsibilities for the position will include:
·         Occupational Health & Safety services to the company
·         Medical surveillance
·         IOD and COID claims
·         HRA screening
·         Audiometry testing
·         Administrative duties ie: medical record keeping, statistics, reports
Education & skills requirements:
Diploma in Occupational Health
SANC registered
Audiometry certificate
Minimum of 3 years OHN experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantage
Counselling experience  
Previous hospital nursing experience of 3-5 years
Computer literate: MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Good communication skills
Good planning & time management skills
 Hours: Monday – Friday, no weekends or public holidays
Remuneration package: Basic salary with medical aid and pension fund benefit
