Office Admin / PA

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator / PA to support the Owner and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who thrives on structure, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys being the backbone of a busy office.

POSITION INFO:
Role: Office Admin / PA
Location: 📍 Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing payroll administration
• Handling UIF and PAYE processing
• Submitting VAT returns across multiple companies
• Managing CIPC administration
• Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
• Preparing professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintaining Excel reports
• Supporting the Owner with general PA duties

• • Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team
