JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a large Packaging Concern in Port Elizabeth is looking for an Office Administrator that can also perform the duties of a telesales agent.

Pastel is a must for this position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and submit orders
Assist the manager with day to day duties
Call on the existing database for orders and up-selling products.
Assist with capturing invoices and quotations
Enter specific data for all departments via Pastel
Assist walk-in customers with orders and accepts payments on the company's behalf.
Make sure all stationery requirements are met and ordered on time.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
At least 3 years of admin experience
Able and willing to go the extra mile when needed
Own transport with a valid driver's license
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
