POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a professional Office Co-ordinator to assist a dynamic team with various administrative and logistic support.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric certificate
• Ideal post-matric qualification / Degree / Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the relevant space
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Professional appearance

Duties:

• Front Desk Administration - ad hoc basis
• Arrange meetings/boardroom bookings
• Travel arrangements
• Purchasing stationary and refreshments
• Attend to complaints
• Assist to all email correspondence
• DHL courier bookings
• Assist with logistic challenges of office - parking arrangements / beverages / housekeeping
• Recon of Invoices/petty cash/orders
• Cash and Credit card processing
• General administration
